There are moments in life when everything we thought we knew begins to unravel. The roles we've worked so hard to fulfil no longer fit. The dreams we once held change. Relationships shift. Grief arrives. We begin questioning everything, including ourselves.
This is the in-between.
For six months, I found myself in a season where I no longer recognised my own life. The identity I had spent years building quietly fell away, leaving me to face the hardest question of all:Who am I when everything I thought defined me no longer fits?
The In Between is my honest story of navigating addiction recovery, grief, heartbreak, identity, loneliness and healing. It's about learning to let go of old versions of ourselves, trusting the uncertainty and discovering that sometimes life has to strip everything back before we can finally meet who we truly are.
This isn't a book that promises quick fixes or perfect answers. It's a companion for those moments when life feels uncertain, when you're searching for meaning and wondering if you'll ever feel like yourself again.If you've ever felt lost...If you've ever questioned your purpose...If you've ever stood in the middle of your life wondering where the old version of you went...
