My Approach to Teaching Reiki

I believe that learning Reiki should be an experience, not simply a course to complete.

Everyone develops their awareness and confidence differently, and I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, exploring your experiences and learning in a way that feels natural to you.

Alongside traditional Reiki teachings, I share the knowledge and understanding I've developed through years of working with energy and exploring my own personal and spiritual development.

My intention isn't to teach you to experience energy exactly as I do.

It's to give you the foundations, guidance and confidence to discover how you experience and work with energy for yourself.
