More Confident Energy Work Level 2 typically brings an increased flow or “strength” of Reiki energy, confidence in offering sessions to other, and the ability to work with symbols and intention Even if you don’t plan to practice professionally, this can enrich your self-care. 2. Ability to Offer Distance Reiki This skill can feel empowering because it allows supporting loved ones who are far away while expanding your understanding of connection and intention and a sense of comfort in being able to help when physically present isn’t possible 3. Enhanced Personal Growth This training often encourages Letting go of limiting beliefs, greater self-compassion and becoming more conscious of your reactions, habits, and energetic boundaries 4.
